    Deploying networks utilizing the Fabric networking environment. Fabric Connect is an advanced, reliable, high performance network solution. The latest automation features are covered including; auto-sense ports and self-forming fabric. 

Deploying, configuring, managing, your wireless network using ExtremeCloud IQ. The class is a fast paced, fault-based scenario lab which immerses the student in real life situations requiring fault diagnosis and remedial actions.  

Students will be introduced to network management and visibility using the Extreme Networks management tool, ExtremeCloud IQ – Site Engine. Overviews of Extreme Analytics, Extreme Policy Manager, and Extreme Control are included. 

Students will learn methods to properly deploy and configure their switching and routing environments using the ExtremeXOS/SwitchEngine CLI. Several network management tasks will be exercised. Students will learn methods to enhance their existing switching and routing environment with security, traffic optimization, automation, and integration features. 

This course provides the knowledge and skills necessary to deploy Extreme Networks’ ExtremeCloud™ IQ – Controller. Students experience the deployment process from the beginning to completion, learning all the essential steps and technologies. Students will learn how to work with users, backups, health widgets and integrate with Network Management Systems.

Students will be introduced to Extreme Network’s network access control solution, ExtremeControl. Extreme Policy components and structure will be looked at, as well as integration with ExtremeControl. ExtremeControl integration with Extreme Connect and introduction to ExtremeControl APIs is also examined.
